Own and elevate the Côte Brasserie brand

• Set the brand strategy for our next phase of growth
• Keep the brand sharp and consistent across menu, restaurant experience, digital and delivery
• Use guest insight to shape decisions and keep us genuinely guest focused
• Bring our proposition to life clearly and consistently across the business

Drive commercial performance

• Build and execute the marketing and trading plan to grow covers, sales and EBITDA
• Work hand‑in‑hand with Operations to drive national and local performance
• Balance fast‑acting trading activity with long‑term brand building
• Set clear KPIs and create a culture of accountability and performance

Build a high‑performing marketing team

• Lead, coach and inspire a talented team
• Strengthen capability across brand, creative, CRM and loyalty
• Embed a test‑and‑learn mindset that continually improves results
